The MF Collection is an
experiment that fuses
love stories with the
medical sciences,
running on one
single declaration:
Romance never dies.
Meghan Farrell was
raised in a
predominately
scientific household,
where both parents valued their careers
as professionals in the medical field. Additionally, they
also highly valued all art forms — making it inevitable that
a young child would be molded and inspired by these ideas.
A graduate of the Sarah Lawrence College theatre program, she discovered the world of fashion when she landed an internship at Teen Vogue, working alongside the accessories editor.
Upon graduation, she moved on to work in buying at Opening Ceremony, and then merchandising at Maison Kitsune in NY —
all the while, attending classes at FIT during her free time to learn the craft of jewelry design. The MF collection launched in Fall of 2010.
All pieces of the MF Collection are designed and produced in New York City.
